Cancellation,Refund & Returns Policy

Cancellation :

Cancellation is only possible if your order is still with us and has not been picked up by the courier partner. Inform us before 12 pm on our email – support@artcetera.in or WhatsApp us at 8108822251 with your order ID and name for an request for cancelling your order. 

Refunds/Exchange :

In an unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged/defective or different from what you ordered , please mention it under the ‘remarks’ section of the shipping partner and send a photo of the damaged/defective or different product on support@artcetera.in or WhatsApp us on 8108822251 within 24 hours of receiving your order with the order ID mentioned. All complaints will be processed within 2 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest or a refund will provided. We cannot accept returns for personalized orders.

Returns :

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, return it to us in the condition you received it, in the original packaging, with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP & sealer tag intact, and with all the accessories which you receive in your order, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

The cost of return shipment has to be borne by the customer. In case of exchange, a new product will only be shipped after the old product has been received at the Artcetera India warehouse.
