Cancellation is only possible if your order is still with us and has not been picked up by the courier partner. Inform us before 12 pm on our email – email@example.com or WhatsApp us at 8108822251 with your order ID and name for an request for cancelling your order.
In an unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged/defective or different from what you ordered , please mention it under the ‘remarks’ section of the shipping partner and send a photo of the damaged/defective or different product on firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us on 8108822251 within 24 hours of receiving your order with the order ID mentioned. All complaints will be processed within 2 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest or a refund will provided. We cannot accept returns for personalized orders.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, return it to us in the condition you received it, in the original packaging, with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP & sealer tag intact, and with all the accessories which you receive in your order, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
The cost of return shipment has to be borne by the customer. In case of exchange, a new product will only be shipped after the old product has been received at the Artcetera India warehouse.
