If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, return it to us in the condition you received it, in the original packaging, within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
In an unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please mention it under the ‘remarks’ section of the shipping partner and send a photo of the damaged product on support@artcetera.in within 24 hours of receiving your order with the order ID mentioned. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest. We cannot accept returns for personalized orders.
The cost of return shipment has to be borne by the customer. In case of exchange, a new product will only be shipped after the old product has been received at the Artcetera India warehouse.
Cancellation is only possible if your order is still with us and has not been picked up by the courier partner.
